Ok, so the information on P26 is more or less accurate, except calling it a NATO force is just plain wrong. It was staffed exclusively by Swiss citizens, many of them civilians (better cover that if professional soldiers needed to stay behind), and there were no plans for cooperation with NATO. Worth noting that the emergency location of the Swiss Government would have been Ireland, another neutral, non-NATO, country.
