BERLIN, Vt. (WCAX) – The Capital City Grange hosted a chili cook-off in Berlin on Saturday that brought together choir, community and chili.
Local celebrity judges, including WCAX’s Calvin Cutler, tasted and ranked eight beef, chicken and vegetarian chili recipes.
Tim Swartz took home first place.
Later in the night, community members came together for their twice-monthly contradance.
The Grange is a national nonprofit group focused on community service, social events and agricultural education.
