Finally summer arrives.
Seriously, does anyone else feel like the weather never really got out of late winter / early spring mode this year? 25 whole degrees down here in Cornwall on Friday.
Lucky bastards, will be shit in Brighton as ever. I’d be amazed if we top 21c.
Forecasts 4 or 5 days out are hardly worth it.
-15c to +20c i’m wearing a Fleece and complaining about the cold. 20c to 30c i’m half-naked and complaining about the Heat. Anything over 30c and i’m too hot to move or even type to complain about anything at all. I’ve never felt 40c or more, but assume i’m dead at this point.
Uncomfortable Friday for us all then.

WTB Heat wave
Summer is the absolute worst. The heat is a slight pain that just won’t stop.
But the worst is the day length. There is barely a night just the (literally) nauseating brightness that drowns out every pleasant sensation.
I can imagine that it sounds like I’m exaggerating – but I’m really not. The heat and the light crush me and its a sensation almost like pain or a like a shouting noise in my skull when outside. From the end of spring until october.
Enjoy the summer.
It already hit 28C in my room and that’s with a window open and blinds closed.
