In May, international partners confirmed new contributions to the Energy Support Fund of Ukraine totaling €50 million. The information is provided by the Ministry of Energy.

Current contract volume and total inflows
In May, contracts for the supply of critically important equipment were signed using the Fund, totaling over €25.7 million. These include equipment to strengthen the power grids, ensure the operation of generating capacities, modernize the energy infrastructure, increase the resilience of the energy system, as well as materials to protect energy facilities and carry out emergency restoration works.
Under previously signed contracts, equipment worth about €8.5 million has been delivered.
In total, the Energy Support Fund of Ukraine has already received grant funds totaling nearly €1.934 billion from 39 foreign sponsors from 26 partner countries and 3 international organizations.
According to the Ministry of Energy, in April the Energy Support Fund of Ukraine received €72.3 million.
Overall, international support for Ukraine’s energy sector remains a key factor in stabilizing and modernizing infrastructure, preserving opportunities for further reforms in the sector and strengthening the country’s energy independence.
