You can ring them but I wouldn’t put much stock in it, I had them tell me on the phone twice that they would put my package back out to deliver, but they never did and it went back to the sender a month later. I got a missed delivery slip the very first time, but they didn’t bother writing the package number on it so it was completely useless – and they were absolute dicks about the whole process too
