Rule number one… If somebody has any information about thé missing person, CALL THE POLICE FIRST and don’t post it here or anywhere on internet
Can we get some extra info so we can help you better like her age, her last known location, canton of residence etc ?

Sorry but these type of posts should be banned. They never lead to anything and if I’m not mistaken the police specifically advises against them.
Not saying this is the case now, and i hope she gets found, but many times an abusive parent, a stalker or an ex or both might use these types of posts to find this person after they have managed to evade them.
That is why u/CookieZ_PoE is completely correct, only notify the police, never post or send information about these people on the internet.
If anything these posts should include “ONLY CONTACT POLICE” in the title. One sees these chains on social media too and they always make me suspicious about the intentions.
In this case atleast there is a police report which is not the case for 99% of these posts that get chained in insta stories or posted here on reddit
Hi i am really sorry about this. I am not from Basel but I think, if you can, you should share her instagram if she has any. So many people are on this platform. Not saying that this is the wrong place but also try there. Good luck and all my blessings
I’m sorry to hear about this I hope she is found, however I live in iceland so I can’t look for her, I joined this community because I wanted to embrace my inner swiss becausemy mother is from lauterbrunnen switzerland , but I will contact my relatives that live in lauterbrunnen and inform them about her so they can be aware about her. I hope it helps in some way. Love and support from iceland 🇮🇸

Does she use an iPad, computer or something at home? You should check if she has shared her location on her smartphone! On her devices at home you could prob get in to her email so you can get a login link for for android/apple if the username/password is not stored. You can also check locations on google, facebook, instagram, snapchat and so on, -they might not be super accurate, but if she has left a trace by login in, and she is somewhere else than in Basel, then you should be able to see that. If she wears some kind of smartwatch, it could be connected too her devices too.

I was walking around Basel today and saw a couple of flyers/posters also asking for any lead or information on her whereabouts. I’d like to believe it is being well publicized and I hope she is found (if she wants to be) soon and well!

Silly question have they checked the security cameras around her apartment, at least they’d know the direction she’d went into and reduce the radius ?
The article also said that she takes medication. Have they tried looking in the hospitals ?
I am sure they already did but those are the first things that I could think of.
But I also live in Basel and i will keep an eye out.
