When I check out [Ausbildung.de](https://Ausbildung.de) for finding vocational training opportunities, I notice most of them determine the first of September as the admission date. I watched a webinar once that said some companies have two different admission dates each year. So if one of them is the first of September, when the other date would be? I also see “nach Absprache” instead of a specific date. Does it mean that you can move to Germany and start your vocational training at any time if you manage to make a good impression on your employee during the interview? I am a bit confused so I appreciate it if you clear this up.
