A crash on Mitchell Freeway southbound closed two lanes on the major Perth road, causing major traffic headaches for commuters ready to start their weekend.
The crash, located before Reid Highway in Warwick, was reported by Main Roads at 5.54pm.
The two left lanes were blocked by the incident, reducing the Freeway to a single lane, and there was debris across multiple lanes.
Traffic was slow leading up to the site, and emergency services were on the scene.
Main Roads had previously requested drivers to avoid the incident site, but the crash has since been cleared.
