I’m currently working on a study about electric scooters comparing their regulation with other EU member states to make improvements regarding electric scooter and pedestrian safety.
Was wondering if I could find somewhere Lithuanian Road Traffic Rules/Act that’s in its newest form or in from that includes amendments which include usage of electric scooters. It has to be officially translated into English, check examples below.

Examples what I am looking for:
Latvia – [https://likumi.lv/ta/en/en/id/45467-road-traffic-law](https://likumi.lv/ta/en/en/id/45467-road-traffic-law)
Estonia – [https://www.riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/529042022001/consolide](https://www.riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/529042022001/consolide)
Ačiū.

Amazingly, appears there is no official translation (can’t believe but ???). Full in Lithuanian is [https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/TAIS.203613/asr](https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/TAIS.203613/asr)
As official as it might get, Regitra is responsible for certifying vehicles[https://www.regitra.lt/media/force_download/?url=/uploads/structure/docs/120_b490420d5596158cccf20988073dd985.pdf](https://www.regitra.lt/media/force_download/?url=/uploads/structure/docs/120_b490420d5596158cccf20988073dd985.pdf)
As a rule of thumb, read rules for bicycles
