Hello, hopefully not asking an improper question but it’s something I really miss 😀
Back in my country we had tons of supermarket frozen ready to fry chicken/chicken “strips” (Tenders) that were actual chicken breast meat, like the texture and taste and everything. They made a lovely mid-day snack.
I’ve tried a couple different strips/nuggets/schnitzel and even cordon bleu from supermarkets like Lidl and Edeka and they’re all SUPER processed, the texture is icky and it’s not chicken it’s just goo. Is the concept non-existent here or am I looking in the wrong places?
