The Iran affair is emerging as the second worst fiasco in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s long history, following Hamas’ massacre in southern Israel on October 7, 2023. Not only did the war against Hamas not lead to the organization’s complete disarmament and total victory for Israel, as Netanyahu promised over and over, but the emerging results in Iran are decidedly not encouraging from Israel’s standpoint.
