Russia isn’t going to retaliate in any meaningful way, they are barely surviving in Ukraine, if they had to fight NATO they would certainly lose and it wouldn’t take long, pretty much Putin’s only saving grace is Nukes, and I don’t see that happening unless he is looking at losing power or losing his life
