Formerly of Morley/ Lisbon — Shirley M. Cloce, 97, formerly of County Route 27, Lisbon died June 11, 2026, at Sunnyside Care Center in East Syracuse.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with a Memorial Service to follow.

Burial will be in Morley Cemetery.

Shirley was born a daughter to Delbert Wm. and Clara Mae (Coleman) Endersbee on September 17, 1928, in Canton NY. She attended Canton High School.

On November 30, 1974, she married the late Howard Thomas Cloce in Morley Trinity Church with Rev. William Gray as celebrant.

Shirley started working at Britt’s Department Store in Canton in 1972 to 1977, then at Lois Alterations on Main Street, Canton. Later she worked as a bookkeeper at Coleman’s Garage in Canton and eventually became a self-employed seamstress doing clothing alterations.

She was a past member of Trinity Chapel in Morley, Skirts & Flirts Square Dancing Organization in Canton as well as a past member of Girl Scouts.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Cynthia (Mark) Wilson of Canastota; and three grandchildren, Rachel Wilson, Sarah (Jonathan) Daley and Katie Wilson.

She was predeceased by her husband, Howard T. Cloce (January 2021).
