So long story short. I’m planning to hike from Finse to Vassbygdi (https://ut.no/turforslag/1111848/tredagers-tur-ned-aurlandsdalen-fra-finse). I will probably start the hike on 27th or 28th of june from Finsehytta (arriving by train). Finsehytta won’t be opened yet, but as far as I know the other huts we pass will be opened by then. I know we will be a bit early in the season, but does anyone know if it is doable to hike from Finse on or will there be too much snow?

I was going to do this hike starting Monday. But talked to a few of the guides and they advised me to postpone due to there still being a lot of snow.
So I’m postponing to August.
But you’d be better off actually contacting the people up there rather than asking here on Reddit.
