She must be kicking herself, if she’d only signed up as a Conservative they could’ve just rewritten the rules to make what she did legal.
How does it work with them establishing what the money is spent on? Is this money means-tested or no? If yes, makes sense. If no, how can you decide someone can’t spend money on other things, once the care of the person has been done? Or is it that every penny has to legally be spent on the person being cared for?
