GRATIOT COUNTY, Mich. (WJRT) – The Gratiot County Road Commission says an asphalt-type waste product was intentionally dumped on several dirt roads in Fulton Township.

The material was spread from a bright blue tandem-axle semi truck with a shorter box body.
Officials are asking anyone with information or video to contact the Gratiot County Sheriff’s Office.
