Try Mucharz in wadowice, they have A beautiful lake and a lot of empty properties which someone might be willing ti rent. Beware though. Plqce goves wrong turn vibes sometimes
You can try Iława, nice place and lots of lakes around.

Northern Poland/Kashubia. Lots of lovely places, lakes , woods and fields. Close to the 3city, GDN airport, S-6 and A-1 highway.
Everywhere in warmia and mazuria. In Olsztyn that is capital of the Voivodeship there is like 8 lakes. I live here 11 years now and realy love it here.
