The GMC’s books are full of those (including gynaecologists who molest their patients), not necessarily due to cultural norms still sexual harassment/ assault and they are all still practicing instead of being labelled sex offenders. It’s an absolute disgrace.
How can a doctor (or anyone) who has been convicted of sexual assault be seen as fit to practice medicine or be employed in a role of trust?
Whats next? Peado teachers and youth workers alowed to keep their jobs after convictions?
He comes from a culture where women are disrespected.
And unfortunately his medical training and familial upbringing has done nothing to mitigate against it.
The GMC is just awash with hypocrisy. People like this allowed to practice, while trying to throw the book at people who were the victim of circumstance.
We should be more sensitive to cultural differences. Maybe it was a sexual emergency.

Google the judge who let a Muslim off the hook for fucking a child because it was acceptable in his culture.
I hope the nurse sues him into the dirt. I also hope she perused a sexual assault charge.
Should be made an example of, not let off the hook. The response is completely ass backward.
So he asserts that in Pakistan it is acceptable to grab a female colleague by her breasts.

I don’t understand how a convicted sex offender can be employed in a place where someone would work directly with children, vulnerable adults and their victim demographic. It would show on a DBS check.
