Ukrainian drones struck more than 60 critical military and infrastructure targets across occupied Crimea during a massive overnight operation, according to Ukrainian military officials.
Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, confirmed the scale of the coordinated assault. The operation targeted air defense networks, fuel and energy networks, logistical corridors, and heavy hardware deep behind the front lines. The extensive multi-unit raid involved several elite drone formations, including Madyar’s Birds, Nemesis, K-2, Rarog, and Raid, News.Az reports, citing RBC-Ukraine.
Among the confirmed hits were three Orion reconnaissance and strike UAVs in Kerch, a Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile system near Baherove, an S-300 launcher near Kurortne, and a Nebo-U radar station. In addition to hardware, the drones crippled vital energy hubs, striking oil storage tanks at the Kerch Thermal Power Plant, the Simferopol gas distribution station, and the Zakhidno-Krymska electricity substation.
The assault also extended beyond the peninsula, flattening a drone operator training ground near Debaltseve and destroying logistical transport across the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.
The scale of the overnight bombardment forced Russian authorities to temporarily suspend all traffic on the strategic Crimean Bridge, while explosions were also reported near Port Kavkaz. This latest offensive follows a weekend of intensified operations by Ukrainian forces, which focused on dismantling the Russian military’s air defense umbrella and fuel supply lines across the occupied territories.
