Oldest pack I ever found was about 30yrs ago. (I’m 47 for ref)
One summer my dad gave myself and a few friends a couple of sledgehammers and had us smash up our driveway for repaving.
Found a pack under the concrete that had 6p on it!
Now I want to know what type of “games” were on the console.
I remember when a bag of Taytos was 7p
If you put that type of plastic bag in the oven on a low heat for 30 mins it shrinks down
Used to make key rings like that when i was a kid
The nice thing is that this one is dated via the competition end date of September 1995.
Now take this packet and put it on fire poker and hold it above the flames on the fireplace in the living room and you now have a mini packet of Tayto.
22p in 2000 so interesting to see the increase between 95 and 2000. Not a big increase!
Would love to know if it was a gameboy or some shite handheld console
Good god, I remember this promotion!
Oh man, I got this game. Not because I ate tons of crisps but because builders working on the new school building did and I used to go and collect their empty packets. Must have taken me months to save up the 3.99 because I think my pocket money was 25p a week at the time. It was the most terrible racing game where the entire thing was just moving to the left, centre or right to avoid obstacles but I thought it was the shit
