Prince William says human population growth in Africa is harming wildlife

  1. Of course it is. Look how Europe looked like 500 years ago vs. now, in terms of wildlife. More humans is less animals

  2. Who is this guy? What are his qualifications for the topic, other than that his grandmother once owned half of Africa?

  3. I think it’s good to read the quote, not merely the headline.

    > He told the Tusk Conservation Awards in London: “Africa remains on the frontline of conservation, playing host to the most awe-inspiring diversity of flora and fauna.”

    > The Duke added: “The increasing pressure on Africa’s wildlife and wild spaces as a result of human population presents a huge challenge for conservationists, as it does the world over.

    > “But it is imperative that the natural world is protected not only for its contribution to our economies, jobs and livelihoods, but for the health, wellbeing and future of humanity.”

  4. R: “That’s very interesting, your highness, what other obvious facts do you have for us today?”
    P.W: ”Epstein didn’t kill himself”
    R: “Thank you, your highness”

  5. True ! and BP on the other hand isn’t contributing in any way in the destruction of planet… right ?

  6. Why do we care what this clown says? AFAIK he’s only famous because he came out of the right twat

  7. The full quote does not negate he said this. Considering how much wealth his family STOLE from Africa, and how centuries of impoverishment has led to now a population growth spurt over there…

*HE* could do more, and say less.

  8. This guy’s personal carbon footprint is probably larger than some African countries, so maybe he just needs to shut the fuck up.
