So, losing the vote 117 vs 174 in parliament = Prime Minister. Sweden has a strange ‘democracy’.

It’s true that she hasn’t been publicly elected, but I see the chances for her party as being pretty good in the national elections next year. Needless to say, she’s a very uncontroversial politician.
During her time as a finance minister, the economy has been chugging along well, and she doesn’t have any minor or major scandals under her belt. A master’s degree in economics with top grades, well educated in statistics, and even went to Harvard. The anti-immigration party leader’s primary criticism is “[She has a lot of experience, and that’s a problem](https://www.svt.se/nyheter/inrikes/talmansrundor)”. [link in Swedish]
Cringe
Jebo bi je lol

It’s Europe, no one gives a shit
Hopefully she won’t be as bad as she was as minister of finance.
And she will be gone in the next year as we have a election in september. the Center Party doesnt want the Left party and the Left party doesnt want the Center Party. The Greens is slightly above the barrier limit (?) which is 4% of the total votes in the election.
As a Swede I wished she didnt. She won by one vote, because other parties voted blank to let her through. She will rule with a very small support always on the brink of falling, and she will rule with a right wing budget even though she is a left winger.
