Seems either specific roles should be opened up to these problem groups that pose significantly less risk to the forces, too?
Kudos to him, it must have been incredibly hard to discuss something like HIV. There’s still an incredible amount of stigma and shame as people don’t really understand transmission and modern treatment. Fees like one step in the right direction 🙂
