A new Iceland food warehouse is set to open next week, with some customers being picked to take part in a supermarket sweep-style challenge.
The store is coming to Strood Retail Park on Tuesday, June 30, and will create 21 jobs.

It will be opening its doors at 8am, but people are being urged to come earlier and have the chance of winning some prizes.
The Food Warehouse, which is opening at the site of the former Hobbycraft in Commercial Road, is giving away £1,500 worth of vouchers to the first 150 customers in the queue.
Every customer who is in the queue before 7.30am will be given a raffle ticket, which enters them into a prize draw to take part in a supermarket sweep-style challenge.
If picked, they’ll get 90 seconds to fill their trolley for free for 90 seconds.
At 7:45am, additional winners will be drawn for further exciting prizes, including seven Tower air fryers.

There will also be an extra double-door air fryer for someone who correctly guesses how many sweets are in a jar.
Iceland Foods chief operation officer Kristian Barrett said: “We’re excited to be opening our new store in Strood, bringing more fantastic deals and a brilliant range of frozen, grocery and fresh foods to local shoppers.
“We can’t wait to open our doors and see our customers enjoy the unrivalled variety of products available across the store.”
The new store will be open from 8am – 8pm between Monday to Saturday, as well as 10am – 4pm on Sunday.

Hobbycraft moved out in the middle of February without disclosing a reason for its departure.
However, last April, the company closed several stores as part of a restructure.
The Iceland store in Strood High Street will remain open.
