Disney+ July 2 announced that it has secured an exclusive four-year deal with Spain’s professional LaLiga soccer league to live-stream 380 matches across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Iceland beginning with the 2026-27 season.
Disney+ has aggressively sought European soccer rights as Disney expands its streaming platform worldwide, including via Hulu and ESPN Unlimited — the latter currently streaming LaLiga soccer in the United States.
Disney+, which streams all soccer through ESPN, also offers the UEFA Europa League, Champions League and UEFA Conference League in Sweden and in Denmark.
In Norway, TV2 will continue as the home of LaLiga, extending a partnership that has been in place since the 2021-22 season.
