I really enjoy Chukkas. Buffalo Bill is another favourite. There’s one in Valletta (Forgot the name) that is superb but super expensive. You choose the cut of meat by the weight, but prices are out of proportion (Euro 150/kg for an Angus Ribeye which could be bought for Euro 28/kg when I went around 4 years ago).
Edit: One in Valetta is Sciacca grill as pointed out below.
Don’t know them all but I liked Lore & Fitch in St Julian’s
Another vote for chukkas. Go to the real og one in marsa
Chukkas and Sciacca Grill
Sciacca Grill in Valletta did it for me
Chukkas in Marsa, the meat was the best one I’ve ever had.
I second Chukkas, excellent charcoal BBQ.
Little Argentina in Sliema was good pre-pandemic, but now is really bad, ignore them.

In my opinion Sciacca Grill in St Julians
This post makes vegans seethe and hyperventilate.
Chophouse in Sliema was great, but it’s pricey
