It isn’t locked or anything. You need about 2 crowbars and 2 strong men.
A simple method would be to loop a rope and pull it.

You just need 2 hooks, then pull up.
Even a strong string will do.
Just a stick (or a string) with a hook and pull it up.
Coat hanger wire and brute force
Back in elementary school i just lifted that shit up, i got like couple of coins and was a happy child
I would just use my hands and lift it😆. I don’t think these crates are very heavy.
