As a pessimist, my fear in thinking the Tories are just so far beyond unelectable in the next GE is that it will kill any potential hopes for PR pact amongst Lab/LibDem/etc.
I’m just shocked that he didn’t try to claim it was stolen at this point
You lose one seat only after taking it two years ago and you lose another seat in the biggest turnaround in by-election history. Not brilliant is slightly burning your toast, not losing two seats in these sorts of defeats.
