The irony is that we get to know about a case when it’s a foreigner,who has no local baggage. Dozens of local women yearly need the same procedures but are clad in shame, grief and disappointment at the system. No one hears about them !
Every country has that Taliban portion in their population, this is not an exclusive Maltese thing (at least!)
