Uniper, a Düsseldorf-headquartered energy company, has signed six-year Power Purchase Agreements with Respect Energy. Respect Energy, headquartered in Warsaw, is an electricity trading company active in Central and Eastern Europe. The PPAs cover electricity and Guarantees of Origin from four Uniper solar PV assets in Poland. The projects are Pakość, Kłodawa, Domanowo and Krotoszyce with a combined capacity of 219 MW. Energy delivery is expected to begin in 2028. The agreements followed Uniper’s December 2025 investment decision for additional solar projects in Poland and the UK.
