*Update: Following some suggestions on here and from others I decided to upgrade the drinking mechanic in the game.*
**Before:** Pintman collects a pint = HP increase
**Now:**
**Sober Pintman**
* world is grey and dull
* Pintman is very slow and sluggish (he needs pints)
**Pintman collects a pint**
* World becomes a bit more colourful
* Pintman speeds up
* pint power bar increases (more to come with this, basically Pintman can go Super Saiyan)
**More:** There is a perpetual counter which tracks the time since Pintman last had a Pint, the longer this goes on, the more sober he becomes and as a result, the world gets more dull and he slows down
If he is totally sober he will gradually lose HP, eventually collapsing from a critical lack of craic

This has made my Friday, and given me a thirst for a few pints.
This is gas! Are you going to put some enemies into it that Pintman has to defeat?
As well as being funny, that’s an inspired gameplay mechanic.
The idea that Paddy Losty walked any serious distance ever is doubtable. I suggest you edit it to Paddy getting fed pints a la Homer with all the donuts in the world.
That is seriously impressive – how did you make this ?
