You wrote your positive covid test over group chat?
They can’t say “we’re gonna fire you because you got temporarily sick”. But I doubt they’ll do that, and there’s nothing in the images proving that they did that.
Your best bet is having a lawyer check your contract and the termination letter that you’ll get.
