Like many others in the original sub, I’m at a complete loss. Perhaps she means that you can’t do it like in many movies, were some idiot just walks out onto a street yelling and waving at a taxi expecting anything else other than to get yelled at, but really I have no idea and it’s just kind of a weird video.
You might get a few funny looks just randomly raising your arm in the street.
