I waited for over an hour yesterday, still on hold. Are AIB actually answering the phones?!

  1. Go in branch and use their phones i rang yesterday and got answered in about 2 minutes and time before that in about 15-20 minutes.

    Maybe it depends and what department you want?

    Mine was about my credit card so maybe they like me in debt and want to keep it that way 😅

  2. I have wasted at least 24 hours on the phone to these cunts over the past few months.. Mostly due to their software not working properly

  3. Can you message them through Facebook messenger or Twitter asking them to contact you? When I was with Eir I actually sent them a letter once asking them to contact me, it was quicker than waiting in line on the phone.

  4. No they effing aren’t!!! 5 hours on hold in total over the last three days. Still haven’t got through.
