    >Kigali will certainly look fantastic. The city where Hutu militiamen once hacked Tutsi families to death at roadblocks has been transformed into a gleaming conference hub. The flowerbeds have been meticulously weeded, every kerb will have been freshly painted, there won’t be a homeless person in sight.

    >LONDON — It is, even by British standards, a juicy mess: A political and journalistic whodunnit, about the country’s most watched tabloid star — not Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, but the serially in-hot-water Boris Johnson…

But isn’t anything the [imbecile](https://i2-prod.mirror.co.uk/incoming/article21077892.ece/ALTERNATES/s1200d/0_JS201040314.jpg) need worry ’bout.

  3. If she is being paid would be the major sticking point. She has no qualifications for the role of government advisor or representative. She has no experience to rely on either.

For me this just goes to show how much emphasis Johnson applies to helping friends and acquaintances over getting a good job done in office. It also shows the lack of confidence in his staff he holds. Do we not have an ambassador to complete this task?
