>We are one of Europe’s largest producers and retailers of electricity and heat.
>Vattenfall’s main markets are Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, and the UK. The Vattenfall Group has approximately 19,000 employees.
>The parent company, Vattenfall AB, is 100% owned by the Swedish state, and its headquarters are in Solna, Sweden.
Thank Greens and CDU, for giving energy uncertainty and making us dependent on Putin.
Vattenfall made a 4.5 billion euro profit in 2021. They should be able to make investments for the future.
Finally we’re actually looking into this issue. It’s been so polarized that having a discussion about it has been entirely useless. Hopefully it’ll lead to more energy independence and stability of the electric grid.
If it turns out to be a viable idea it’s time to start opening up those mines, to not have to import fuel from elsewhere.
