Considering 48% voted to remain in the EU, I wonder (and imagine) this would surpass the 50% threshold now. Because that extra 2%+ realised what a fucking mistake it was.
I really hope at some point we’re able to hold another referendum to rejoin soon, brexit was the biggest mistake ever and I personally really miss the EU 🙁
While I didn’t like Brexit. I honestly don’t think it is a good idea for the UK to rejoin. There is still a significant percentage of the population who are openly hostile to the EU and even a huge proportion of the people who voted to remain aren’t exactly flag waving Europhiles. With it being more of a lukewarm economic thing rather support for the ideals of it. Even among remainers joining the euro wasn’t exactly a popular prospect. As such I really don’t think it is a good idea for the EU to accept a reluctant member with all of the previous problems as before.
It will take decades to rejoin. EU has enough UK’s temper tantrums and outright lies.

I’ll start with a “no”. The last thing we need is another obstructionist leader like Orban from Hungary.
