New isite
A blessing from hapu signalled the reopening of the busy Ōpononi isite last week, following significant refurbishment. The refurbishment started on June 15 and was recently completed, creating a more spacious layout and bringing the site up to date with the look and branding shared by most of the 48 isites throughout the country.
Winter appeal
The Salvation Army is again partnering with Woolworths for the annual Woolworths Winter Appeal, running across stores throughout the country until July 26.
