Hello! I need help with translating an old picture I found from 1969. I cant quite read it but i think the second word might be a place name, can someone help me?

3. Original: Négy Fehérnép a kapu elöt. 1969 szeptember.
   Translation: four women infront of the gate.

   But the word “fehérnép” (=woman) has a special archaic & rural flavor from the 1800s, and in 1969 was not common in the everyday speech.

   Maybe a sarcasm or a joke.
