People will tend to say that in Latvia and other bluish coutries they does not get reported or processed. But in reality how much of a rape can be happening if a lot of people emigrate, aging citizens. The rich places always gonna atract all kinds of people. If the variety of races is huge, then some tensions between races rises. And no I dont mean that crimes are only made by black people or indians or what ever. But in general you can pretty much put any statistics and the coloring will be that or opposite. But then whe are not Egypt where police do the raping themselves (exaggerated and not even fact, it just seemed like it could be that after viusiting that shit storm of a place…)
Also Im in no way trying to defend our number, there is nothing to be proud off. I guess 10 was the cut off for orange color.
Most of the rape is not stereotypical violent attack. It mostly will be a family member or acquaintance and those are hardest to report.

Quite sure most of the red countries are safer, they just count more things as rape.
Its almost impossible to compare these as each country has different ways of classifying it.
