In the release, signed by company secretary Helen Hardy, Origin said it is still working to understand the total number of affected customers and will contact anyone it can confirm has been impacted. For those customers, the exposed data may include name, address, date of birth, contact phone number and account information, along with partial payment details like the last four digits of a credit card or the last three digits of a bank account. Origin said incomplete card or account numbers of that kind cannot be used to make purchases or access accounts.
