Very interesting read alright, the most positive thing I take from it is that a British protestant could see what their communities have been celebrating and calling their identity was in fact hate filled sectarianism.

I think it comes down to when the unionist community eventually understands that although they will be a minority in a united Ireland, they already are a super-minority in the United Kingdom. Nobody in Britain gives a shit about Northern Irish unionists, and even worse the toffs and aristocrats the unionists love look down their noses at them. They would have more influence in Ireland than they’ll ever have in the UK.
