New investment provides funds to small Louisville business owners
LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A new investment from the Community Foundation of Louisville and Park Community Credit Union is making it easier for small business owners to access funding.
The partnership offers below-market lines of credit to businesses in the AMPED 2026 business accelerator cohort.
This year’s cohort has 10 local businesses across fields like healthcare, food service, transportation, wellness and the arts.
For local business owners like Star Allen with SLA Shuttle Service, the foundation is backing these loans, making it easier for local entrepreneurs to qualify.
“It means continued growth. It means to be able to give back to my community and to continue to support the businesses in the area,” Allen said.
