As the caption explains, I made this using data from the Human Mortality Database, which is a join project between the University of California Berkeley and the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Germany. I apologize if your country isn’t included, but these are all the European countries with data currently available from HMD.
Half of these look like drawings of Crete produced by kids
Somebody unite Deutschland, pls!
Rather confusing way to present the data. You have to subtract the top and bottom of the graph to the net number of births/deaths. Wouldn’t it be more clear if you made a single graph just of the birth-deaths.
