Let me get this right private landlords are being given increasingly stringent rules around safety in rented properties, Gas safety every year, electricity safety every 5 year, changes so they can’t blanket ban pets, and so on.
However social housing is allowed to fall into a complete hellpit with no rules against it. No wonder housing associations make so much money
