This looks like an American’s view of the Police. In (some) other countries Police are actually well trained
(eg required to have a university agree, have more than a year of Police training before becoming a sworn officer) and respected. I’m not saying all police outside of America are pure as the driven snow or all police in America are racist, ignorant thugs.
