This really puts the L in Latvia
Iove Russian face when you refuse to speak Russian. They think it’s everyone’s obligation to speak Russian here. And yes there are people living here past 30 years who refuse to leave Latvia and speak Latvian. They love Russia, but never been there.
Edit: i speak Russian since like 7years. Learn or don’t leave house was my choice as kid 😂

It really shouldn’t be like that…I wish someone did something for it to finally change. Changing the learning language to latvian in all schools is a start but it won’t help much…Those russians are way too stubborn and disrespectful to learn anything to better this country.
Are Russians chill in your country ? Because I know that’s a big minority
