Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is set to give evidence against the man accused of threatening him at his West Norfolk home.
It is alleged that at around 7.30pm on May 6, Alex Jenkinson, 39, of Stowmarket in Suffolk, hopped out of his car and approached the disgraced prince at Marsh Farm in Wolferton wearing a balaclava, before shouting at him.
Mr Mountbatten-Windsor, who was walking his dogs with one of his security guards at the time, was then said to have dashed to his own vehicle before driving away – as Jenkinson supposedly followed him.

At the time, Norfolk Police stated that it had received reports of a man acting in an intimidating manner in the village.
Officers later arrested Jenkinson on suspicion of a public order offence and possession of an offensive weapon.
He pleaded not guilty to causing fear through threatening behaviour when he appeared via video link at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on May 8.
He also denied the same offence against another victim in Lynn on May 5.
Jenkinson was supposed to face trial today. However, it has been reported that due to concerns for his mental health, chief magistrate Paul Goldspring delayed the hearing until December 21, when the former Duke of York will give evidence.
It is said that the defendant has undergone a psychiatric assessment, and the report is due back in August.
He has since been released on bail with conditions not to go to Sandringham, Buckingham Palace, Balmoral, Windsor or Highgrove, and not to contact Mr Mountbatten-Windsor.
