Totnes swooping gull ‘regularly tries to attack me’ – Man feels “trapped” in his house because an aggressive gull nesting on his roof regularly swoops at him

  1. Has he considered that from the gulls’ point of view there’s a threat to their family from some creature living right under their home.
Pretty sure they don’t think they’re being aggressive.

  2. Here come the seasonal seagull stories, like shit from the skies. Next up: keeping wasps away from your Pimm’s and how to keep baby safe from foxes. Groundhog Day Britain.

  3. IIRC there was a top post on one of the large reddit subs which the top post was someone always getting attacked by local crows. The top post was someone with a PhD in crow behavior or something that explained what was happening and what to do. OP did it and ended up getting accepted into the crow inner circle.

Anyway, that’s what this guy needs. Except the gull version. But as he won’t read this and I don’t have the post I guess there’s not much that can be done.

Either way, if anyone can find the post, it’s quite funny.

Edit: Don’t know why I keep saying top post.

Edit 2: I literally got almost every part of the story wrong. But here’s the post:

  4. “Separated at birth, the less famous Trump brother lives in Totnes, where he has become a target of gull violence.”

  5. Why did I misread Totnes as Tories and imagine Boris Johnson dressed as a seagull attacking a random guy.
