  1. > MPs and senior ministers gathered on Monday night for a party fundraiser at the V&A in south Kensington, where playbook reports that there were ‘250 government ministers, mega-rich donors, Tory apparatchiks and various hangers-on filing into the museum at 7 p.m. for drinks’ . . .

    > Meanwhile the government has been busy slashing workers’ living standards, hiking taxes to their highest level since the 1940s and claiming the rest of us need to show wage restraint to combat growing inflation.

    > The Tory party did not however urge wage restraint when it was revealed only a few weeks ago that CEO’s at Britain’s biggest companies were now being paid more than before the pandemic, with a median pay packet of £3.6m in 2021.

You may remember this fundraiser from previous accusations that Tory ~~bag man~~ treasurer Ben Elliott [pictured here operating Johnson like a ventriloquist](https://www.businessinsider.com/tory-fundraiser-at-va-museum-sparks-questions-over-ben-elliots-role-2022-5) may have abused his position as a trustee at the V&A to arrange the bash.

Elliot, whose day job is [providing luxury experiences](https://morningstaronline.co.uk/article/f/ben-elliot-experience) for [mafia](https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/ex-client-tory-chairmans-luxury-25029849) figures, [oligarchs](https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2022/mar/04/starmer-calls-on-tories-to-sack-co-chair-ben-elliot), covid test [queue jumpers](https://labour.org.uk/press/labour-challenges-conservatives-who-knew-co-chairs-company-was-marketing-private-covid-tests-in-the-middle-of-national-testing-crisis/) and other ne’er-do-wells, has seemingly never found himself in a role he couldn’t abuse.

  2. If they surrounds themselves by rich people, they’ll get a false sense of security that things are going well in the country.

Even if you look at our millionaire Chancellor, who *doubled* his family wealth in the last two years – given his policies are out of touch and benefiting mainly his and party affiliates – then you can see he may think we are doing well, while the truth is completely opposite.

You can see they are supporting WEF, which openly admits they have agenda for you to own nothing and be happy. Why can’t the politicians start with themselves? If Rishi and Boris think this is a good idea, then why don’t they relinquish all their possessions to lead by example?

  3. I’m in belief they’ve accepted they’ve lost the next election and are now just going to piss us off and fuck us over as much as they physically can before they jet off to the U.S and we never see the lot of them again.

  4. France had the right idea back in 1848. I appreciate it was a different institution, however, these cunts need bringing down a peg or two.

  5. And yet, Boris will still bitch about it not being enough despite it being funnelled into his account.

Also, dinners with the Prime Minister should never be sold. But there’s an entire book on what the tories shouldn’t do.
